4.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of our pergolas, verandas, canopies, and other outdoor installations. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products may vary.

4.2 Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

4.3 Custom Orders

For bespoke pergolas, verandas, and canopies, specifications will be confirmed in writing before production begins. Custom orders are subject to additional terms and may require deposits or full payment in advance.

4.4 Installation Services

Where installation services are offered, these will be subject to separate installation agreements and terms. Professional installation is recommended for all structural outdoor installations.

5. Site Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Site, and any service or information we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may restrict access to some parts of the Site, or the entire Site, to users, including registered users, at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership

The Site and its entire contents, features and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, design, selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by Sanrixa Ltd, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Subject to these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SANRIXA LTD, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OF USE OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED £100.

10.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Use affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sanrixa Ltd, its affiliates, licensors and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to solicitor’s fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party

13. Export Controls and Trade Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import control laws and regulations, including those of the United Kingdom and European Union. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer any products or technical data received from Chair ETC in violation of applicable laws.

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
