📦 Lead Times & Delivery Scheduling
Custom Manufacturing Timeline: All pergolas, verandas, and canopies are made to your exact requirements. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order. We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient installation date once your structure is ready, but we aim to schedule installation within two working days of manufacture completion.
Important Notes: Lead times begin once we receive your signed contract and any required deposits. This is for items which we will install. We aim to keep you updated if any delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, however for most items, outstanding balances must be paid in full before installation begins.
🚚 Delivery Coverage & Costs
Service Areas: We deliver and install throughout mainland Great Britain. Isle of Wight coverage is available at an extra charge. Additional charges may apply for locations over 50 miles from our installation teams, but this will be communicated. Alternative arrangements can be made for offshore locations.
Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary depending on your location and structure size. However, when you place an order, the delivery cost will be automatically calculated. Total delivery costs do not include installation fees, unless its explicitly specified that the cost includes installation. Multiple items delivered together incur a single delivery charge.
🏗️ Installation Day Process
Professional Installation Team: Most jobs are undertaken by an experienced two-person installation crews. Some jobs are taken by one team member. The standard installation hours are 7am – 7pm, Monday to Friday. Saturday installation is available at additional cost. We will endeavour to place a one-hour advance call before arrival.
Site Preparation Requirements: Please ensure there is a clear access to installation area. Remove any obstacles from walkways and work zones. Depending on what the item ordered is, please provide information about property access limitations. Someone must be present in the household during installation hours.
🔧 Installation Specifications
Product Quality & Inspections: Note that we ensure that each item is inspected before shipping and installation. All Installation is undertaken by experienced and certified teams. Some pergolas, verandas, and canopies are professionally assembled on-site for quality inspection before disassembly and shipped. Other items are manually inspected without assembly. All packaging materials are removed from site.
Access Requirements: Installation teams will not remove windows or doors for access. But the customer is responsible for any structural modifications needed for access. A site survey recommended for large items or complex installations. Further, delivery is to ground level only. Because of the size of the items (length), we may not be able to deliver to installations on roofs of towers for example, without a crane (which would cost a lot). We are not insured for such jobs. Thus, if installation is to he top of a high building, we will deliver to the ground floor, and the customer would need to arrange moving the items to the elevated area for installation.
📅 Rescheduling & Missed Installations
Date Changes: Please contact us within seven working days of original installation date. Because of the limited warehouse storage there’s only a maximum 3 day rescheduling window. Note that re-installation fees apply if installation team cannot access property, or we need to attend on a different day.
Re-installation Charges: Pergolas, verandas, and large structures: £249.00 . For smaller garden furniture and accessories: £69.99
❓ What If There Are Issues?
Access Problems: • If structure cannot fit through access points, the customer will need to advise how we get the structure to the required location. A partial installation is possible pending property modifications (we don’t do this). We will eitehr leave the item with customer or return the warehouse. But a attending fee will be levied since the job was already booked.
Damage or Defects: For items that are only for delivery, we inspect each item at the warehouse, but please inspect each item yourself. Note that the pictures on the website are not exact for what the item will look like and there may be some differences. If you spot any damage to the installed item, please report any concerns immediately, before our team leaves. We usually take pictures and a video of the item, before we leave. This ensures we can certify that the item was installed correctly. For items under warranty, repairs are covered under our guarantee terms.
Alternative Delivery: Structures can be delivered to alternative addresses. But Finance customers must receive delivery at the registered address. Commercial installations usually require separate arrangements.
